Is it possible to cancel a sent payment?

There is no possibility to mark the sent payment. Please check your payment details carefully before submitting.

After you have filled in all the necessary information to create a payment and entered the transaction amount, you will be automatically redirected to a page with a preview of the payment. If all the information on the preview page is correct, click “Confirm Output” (if not, click “Edit”). In the next steps, you will not be able to change your billing information.

We remind you that all outgoing payments must be confirmed with two-factor authentication. The code will be sent according to your settings: either by mail or via the application.

After confirming the payment with two-factor authentication, funds will be debited from your account.
