How to change email?
Due to the security reasons email change option is available by creating a request to our support team. To change to a preferable email address, please create a ticket through your PayDo profile or contact us at [email protected].
You will need to attach a photo of yourself with an identity document and a piece of paper. You have to write down the date of creation of the ticket or letter and your actual and new email address on the sheet.
