Serhii Zakharov is a fintech entrepreneur, CEO and Founder of PayDo – a globally regulated Electronic Money Institution processing over €5 billion annually across 170+ countries.
A recognised payments infrastructure expert and Forbes Technology Council Member, he has built PayDo into one of the few EMIs in the world to hold Principal Memberships with Visa, Mastercard, and SWIFT, alongside regulatory licences from the FCA (UK), FINTRAC (Canada), and the MFSA (Malta).
He is a contributor to Entrepreneur, a member of the Payment Leaders Group at The Payments Association, and a regular speaker at leading global fintech events including FinTech Week Dubai, MoneyLIVE Amsterdam, and the FTT Fintech Festival.
